What I do

I am a global executive coach and cross-cultural leadership consultant. I help people in international companies become more motivated and effective at what they do.

I work independently and as an associate of some carefully selected and highly trusted organisations.

I work with individuals (running one-on-one coaching or cultural briefing sessions); with teams (conducting workshops) and large groups (facilitating events).

My clients may work at any level in the organisation from CEOs to global trainees. Assignments are designed to fit client needs. They can last a day or less, or are conducted as a number of sessions over months. My work is always about learning and personal or team development. The content is practical with high participant engagement. I believe we learn best by trying things out and having fun.

Coaching starts with becoming aware of what’s working and what is not. We consider new and better outcomes and how to achieve these. It’s about practice and follow up. We celebrate success, even the smallest achievement counts. New skills are learned and also new ways of being – that’s the hardest, but also possible with some determination, discipline and support.

I’m the one who supports and asks challenging questions. And listens, a lot. My clients may be new to this “coaching approach” to personal development. After a while they are surprised at how much they benefit – all due to their own focus and persistence of course. My reward is to hear their success stories and to have had the privilege to accompany them on their journeys.
